Shipping Policy

  • You can place your order online, over the phone, on Facebook, or through Instagram chat. We will contact you via Phone call, text, or WhatsApp to confirm your order. 
  • In case of unconfirmed orders, unfortunately, we won't be able to process your order. We will attempt twice to get in touch with you before we cancel your order. 
  • We hold the right to cancel your order due to any unforeseen circumstances. 
  • We use Leopard Couriers to deliver all across Pakistan for delivery within 2-3 working days. 
  • We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer payment methods for your orders.
  • All items must be paid in full before the items are delivered or handed over to you. 
  • Pre-book Orders for new arrivals or out-of-stock items - You can place your order as normal - Once we have the product back in stock we will contact you before dispatch.
