1. What is the Aroma Concepts Rewards Program?

It’s our loyalty program to thank you for shopping with us! You earn points when you shop, refer friends, leave reviews, and more. These points can be redeemed for exclusive discounts on future purchases made at https://aromaconcepts.pk/.

2. How do I join the program?

It’s easy and free. Just create an account on MyAroma when you go to our website  https://aromaconcepts.pk/, and upon successful signup you’ll automatically start earning points.

3. How do I earn points?

You can earn points by:

  • Creating an account
  • Placing an order (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • Leaving a verified product review
  • Referring a friend who completes a purchase
  • Entering your birthday (at least 30 days in advance)
  • Participating in limited-time promotions

❗ Points are only earned on purchases made directly on our website. Orders placed via Amazon or TikTok Shop are not eligible.

4. How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account and visit the Rewards page (https://aromaconcepts.pk/pages/rewards). You can exchange your points for discount codes to use at checkout. Redemption thresholds may apply.

5. What are the loyalty tiers and how do they work?

We have three tiers, based on your total spend during a rolling 12-month period:

PKR 100K & ABOVE  

1.2x points + early access

Once you reach a new tier, you’ll retain it for 12 months. Tier status is automatically reviewed at the end of your rolling 12-month cycle as long as you made a purchase in the last 12 months, otherwise you lose your current tier status and drop unless you are sitting at Bronze tier already.

6. Will my tier reset every calendar year?

No. Your tier is calculated on a rolling year basis — a 12-month period starting from when you first enter a new tier. If you don’t meet the tier's spend requirement during that time, you may be moved to a lower tier.

7. When do points expire?

Points expire 12 months after your last point activity, which includes earning or redeeming points. Keep shopping or engaging to keep your points active!

8. Can I combine points rewards with other discounts or sale codes?

Points-based discount codes usually cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

★ Can I earn or use points on Amazon or TikTok Shop?

No. Our rewards program is only valid on purchases made through https://aromaconcepts.pk/ .

10. What happens to my points if I return an order?

Currently, points are not automatically deducted when an order is returned. However, Aroma Concepts reserves the right to manually adjust point balances in cases of excessive or suspicious return activity.

11. I think my points are missing — what should I do?

Email us at support.pk@aromaconcepts.com with your order details and we’ll be happy to investigate.

12. Can my account be suspended from the program?

Yes. Accounts may be suspended or removed from the program for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or suspected abuse.

The Aroma Concepts Rewards Program is offered by Aroma Concepts USA to reward loyal customers. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

★ Eligibility

Open to individuals residing in Pakistan with a registered account on https://aromaconcepts.pk/. Businesses and wholesale buyers are excluded.

★ Enrollment

Free and automatic upon account creation. You must be logged in to earn and redeem points.

★ Earning Points

Points can be earned through eligible activities:

  • Website purchases
  • Product reviews
  • Referrals
  • Birthday entry
  • Special promotions

Points are only earned on purchases made on https://aromaconcepts.pk/. Third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop) are not included. Aroma Concepts reserves the right to review point activity and remove points if necessary.

★ Point Value and Redemption

  • Points have no monetary value.
  • Points can only be redeemed on https://aromaconcepts.pk/.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes from points cannot usually be combined with other promotions unless stated.

★ Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months after your last activity (earning or redemption). Expired points cannot be reinstated.

★ Returns and Adjustments

Points are not automatically deducted for returned purchases. However, Aroma Concepts reserves the right to manually adjust points in cases of high return volume or suspicious behavior.

  • Once a customer enters a tier, they remain in it for 12 months.
  • Tier status is re-evaluated at the end of each 12-month period based on spending.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, including changes to point values, tier structures, or expiration policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aroma Concepts is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues or outages
  • Discrepancies in point balances
  • Unauthorized account access
