Delivery Information
- You can place your order online, over the phone, on Facebook or Instagram chat. We will contact you via Phone call, text or WhatsApp to confirm your order.
- In case of unconfirmed order, unfortunately, we won't be able to process your order. We will attempt twice to get in touch with you before we cancel your order.
- We hold the right to cancel your order due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- We use Leopard Couriers to deliver all across Pakistan for delivery within 2-3 working days.
- We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer (Title: Aroma Concepts | A/C: 06020108075297 | IBAN # PK10MEZN0006020108075297) payment methods for your orders.
- All items must be paid in full before the items are delivered or handed over to you.
- Pre-book Orders for new arrivals or out of stock items - You can place your order as normal - Once we have the product back in stock we will contact you before dispatch.
ORDER TRACKING
Most of our orders are sent via trackable delivery service. We will notify you of a tracking number at the time of dispatch. There are good chances that you will receive your order within 2-3 working days however due to unforeseen circumstances your order can get delayed. We advise our customers to contact us after the seventh day of the dispatch date if the order is not delivered.
